I saw these guys at Stingers. Social Bones are great to see live. Their organic, rootfull and all original sound will put you in a happy groove. You can’t help but to like these guys, They are a must see. I even bought their CD. What a great value, 12 songs (all of them are excellent) for an unbelievable price. KEEP IT GOING SB Hope to see more of you this summer.

sometimes i wonder whether it'd be all that nice to write a good, even great song about murder. i mean, for one thing, you'd have to wear black, probably all the time, and that'd get hot in the outdoor gigs, especially if there wasn't a tent. wood glue and varnish doesn't do well under direct sunlight, either. but it is nice to play outdoors, wearing black or not, or a dress that's too short. yowzers! anyway, here's a note to all the good times then and yon. and mr. cash!

I've been a fan of the band for about 15 years now. I finally got "Breaking The Sky" a few weeks ago, and I have to say that it is LIGHTS OUT!!! It's been on heavy rotation in my truck, and I'm loving every second of it. You guys have come so far in 15 years. It's amazing. The songwriting on this album is really, really good. This album could and should be the breakthrough for you guys. The music on this record covers so much ground. It's got everything from rock to country to reggae, and so much more. Some of it vibes on the 80's. It's got hints of bluegrass, jamband, southern rock and everything in between. I'm thoroughly impressed. I can't wait to hear what you guys come up with next. Keep up the good work! Thanks for all the years of great music and great times!!!

I have two dics in my car deck right.....The Best of the Allman Brothers, and Social Bones' new release. I have to say that I spend more windshield time with SB. What a fantastic album! I love it, you guys have made thousands of miles of travel very pleasant for me.
I have two food analogies: "Breaking the Sky" is like a fine decanted Cabernet....it just keeps getting better the more you imbibe and................ wait for it.............this album is a "loaded Baked Potato". And I can't get enough.
